About Your Guide
I’m Ekat, a Women’s Liberation Coach
I’m passionate about helping women break free from disempowering conditioning and samskaras so they can live with unapologetic authenticity and feel true freedom in their bones.
With years of executive coaching and trauma-informed somatic coaching under my belt, I blend traditional leadership coaching with a gentle, body-based approach to deep transformation, all rooted in nondual classical Tantra. My work is designed to help women reclaim their power, expand their pleasure, and cultivate unshakable confidence—both in leadership and in life.
For nearly a decade, I’ve helped women plug their energy leaks, take back their power, awaken their life force, and build the practical leadership and communication skills needed to create greater impact, freedom, and FUN. I’m a Duke grad, a former Googler, a writer, and a mom to a sweet and wild baby girl. I’m based in the Bay Area.
Certified Executive Coach through Accomplishment Coaching—a rigorous, year-long, in-person training program rooted in ontology (the study of the nature of being).
Certified Sex, Love & Relationship Coach through Layla Martin’s VITA Method—a powerful, science-backed, Tantra-based approach that works with the body and energy for profound transformation.
Student & Practitioner of Nondual Spiritual Traditions since 2014—I’ve studied with Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Adyashanti, and Kavitha Chinnaiyan.
I weave these disciplines together into an intuitive, deeply personalized coaching experience—guiding women through healing, embodiment, and leadership breakthroughs with a unique mix of depth, playfulness, and unconditional loving presence that will make you feel safe to be you and be seen in it.
