Daylong Retreat

An intimate day of sensuality,

embodiment, community, and renewal

I’m hosting a small, invite-only retreat at Anza on the summer solstice, and I would love for you to join.

The vision is simple: a gorgeous day of slowing down, enjoying our bodies, connecting with great people, eating delicious food, soaking / sauna-ing / cold plunging, creatively writing, moving, dancing, awakening the senses, and welcoming summer in a way that feels intentional and alive.

Not a play party. Not an intensive workshop where you have to process your entire life. Not a networking thing.

More like: a beautiful day to pamper your nervous system, reconnect with your sensuality, and remember that being alive can feel really, really good.

We’ll gather from 10am–6pm at Anza in the Berkeley Hills, with sensual yoga, creative writing, a nourishing lunch, free time to hot tub / sauna / cold plunge, a community connection, and a special dance journey with a live DJ set.

It will be intimate, grounded, delicious, and fun. Can’t think of a better way to call in the Summer. I hope you’ll join us!

The Vibe

This won’t be formal, but it will be intentional.

I’m imagining it like a real retreat — held with care, depth, and beauty — but for friends, and just for one very special day.

I’ll be bringing in teachings and practices from classical Tantra, including a delicious practice around “feeding the sense goddesses” — basically, a way of treating the senses as sacred portals into presence, pleasure, and aliveness.

You’ll be invited to drop out of the thinking mind and into the receptive, awake body. To let yourself feel nourished by beauty, food, music, movement, warm water, cold water, sunlight, good people, and whatever the day wants to awaken in you.

There will be structure, but not pressure.
Depth, but not heaviness.
Sensuality, but for you, not anyone else.
Connection, but no forced intimacy.

My hope is that you leave feeling more luscious, more connected, more in love with being you, and more grateful to be alive.

What to Expect

A few of the ingredients we’ll be weaving into the day:

  • A gentle arrival ritual to help you land, exhale, and cross the threshold into retreat space

  • A juicy and luxurious sensual yoga flow to activate the energy of savoring

  • Teachings and practices from classical Tantra, including a ceremony for “feeding the sense goddesses” — honoring the senses as sacred gateways into presence, pleasure, and aesthetic rapture (“chamatkara”)

  • Creative writing exercises to get your sensual + creative juices flowing and cultivate your unique authentic expression

  • Nourishing community connection exercises

  • A delicious healthy lunch together

  • Free time to soak, sauna, cold plunge, wander, rest, journal in the sun, or connect with new/old soul friends

  • A special dance journey with a live DJ set to move your energy, awaken joy, express your soul, and welcome summer into your body

  • Space to integrate in nature, water, warmth, music, and community

Optional: come early and enjoy the nearby trails before we begin!

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
